That is not what I need, I just look for the utility that lets me
shutdown/restart the Database from a batch file [0]  and if the data
files can be backed up and restored savely if the database engine is
not  running.

I have already set up a database on the server, the tutorial has
been a great help.

read: NO GUI whatsoever, just like the picture in the "Sap DB:
Reducing TCO for Data Management" paper: the database is just a
black box with an on/off switch (two icons leading to two batch
files) and people who want to restore the database just have to know
 a) where to find the "on/off switch"  icons
 b) about the file backup program

I intend to install/tune/configure everything using
GUI/CLI/documentation and then leave the Database to a company with
people who don't really care how it works as long as it works and
bug me if it doesnt work.
