Hi Tilo,

that is exactly the way i wanted to go. But when i tried to install the new database
with DBMGUI i get the error -24994 runtime environment error [db_cold -f];-2,Kernel
start failed. My way to this error was:
1. Starting the wizard in Instance/Install
2. Name KNL_SAM2
3. Restore parameter from backup media. In this dialog i create a new medium with
exactly the same datas as in the original database
4. All parameters have the same value
5. I choose Install instance for restore and startet the installation
And then the error occurs.

Or is somewhere an example, how this problem in the dbmcli is solved?

Thanks and Greetings,
Andreas
