No. My question was about MaxDB. The first version of
MaxDB will be 7.5.0 (a renamed SAP DB, appearing in
4th quarter of 2003)

You're right, one cannot retroactively enforce licenses.
So, right now nothing changes for you.
Only as soon as you will download MaxDB from
www.mysql.com/maxdb, the new license takes
effect.
