Thank you. What page is this file linked from? I noticed over the weekend a message to a similar query that said these PDFs were old (circa March, I believe), and that they may not continue to be maintained, since they are produced manually instead of automatically.
I don't know what documentation tool is being used, but I believe FrameMaker would allow multiple target formats to be automatically produced from a single source. Other tools with this capability may well exist.
