look in sapdb/depend/bin or do a find /* -iname 'repmcli*'

AND the .34 version upgrade did not have the repmcli included in the server
package. you can get it here if that is the version you are using:

ftp://ftp.sap.com/pub/sapdb/bin/patch/repmcli-linux-i386-7.3.00.34.tgz
