Hello,
I've just inherited a SAPDB 7.2 SAP Knowledge Warehouse system. My
background is Oracle. My problem is that we are encountering the following
errors:
B*TREE BAD FILE:272 R00T
SYSERROR -9026 BD Bad datapage
BAD DATA PAGE 4021759
So, I've gotten lots of good documentation off of www.sapdb.org and have
ascertained that this is a category 1 error and I need to use dbmcli and use
the root page number to select from roots to determine what type of object
I'm having problems with. My problem now is that I have no passwords to
this system. The help at the website mentions SYSDBA, RESOURCE, DBA and
some other users. Now what? How can I reset these passwords so I can use
this system? Suggestions? I'm stuck.
