HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (HRO)

Responsibilities:
  a.. To provide strategic, general and tactical advice and support to
Management on staff issues and solutions.
  b.. Be a couch, mentor, and counselor for employees and managers in
the Business Units/Divisions.
  c.. Involve in compensation/benefit, recruitment, payroll, learning
and development.
  d.. Facilitate the completion of Staff Dialogue Process for
Performance Management, talent identification, and development and
learning needs.
  e.. Implement reward and recognition strategies, policies, systems,
and processes.
  f.. Co-manage with HR Team in change processes.

Candidates should fulfill the following requirements:
  a.. S1 degree majoring in Psychology or Law.
  b.. 2 years experience in handling Personnel, Industrial Relations
and Payroll Administration.
  c.. Ability to work proactively both independently and in team.
  d.. Systematic and methodological working style.
  e.. Fluency in English both written and spoken is a must.
  f.. Computer literate.
  g.. Willing to be stationed outside Jakarta, if required.
