Responsibilities
• LAN/ WAN Administration (Configuration of Windows based Servers, additional
knowledge of routers & switches is a plus).
• LAN/ WAN Training (Training users on LAN & Windows related software and on
Soft wares developed in house).
• Programming skills (should have expert knowledge on VB, VB.NET, MS-ACCESS,
ASP, Asp.NET, knowledge of Java or any other web based programming experience
is an advantage).
• Web Design (Should have a through knowledge on designing web pages).
• Exchange Server (Should be able to configure the Server for more than one
location).
• SQL Server (Should have programming experience).
• Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting of PC’s & Servers as and when
required.
• Updating of Antivirus Programmes, Security patches, and maintaining
documentation of LAN resources wherever required.
Qualification Required
• Graduate in any discipline preferably computer Science, accounting or
Science, with experience related to computers.
• Should have at least worked for 3 years with extensive hands on experience on
projects.
• Experience on installing, Configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting of
LAN/ WAN/ ISA related networks, PC’s and peripherals (Line modems, Scanners,
Printers, etc.)
• Appropriate programming SKILLS as noted above.
• Should have good communication skills and should be willing to take
responsibilities and work as team players.
