Yes. Fragment cache works good.

Yes. This is a django problem however this applies to satchmo or any
other application that uses the google analytics program.
The easiest way is to make a change to the django/satchmo template/
page or product and see if the changed page comes up.

Use ctrl+f5 to refresh your page via the browser.
