Has anyone been successful at creating a per-product shipping module?
For example, a T-shirt could cost $2.85 to ship, a book costs $3.82 to
ship, etc. I see a per-item shipping module in Satchmo, but I think
it applies the same cost for every item, not a variable cost per item.
