I've been slowly going through the Satchmo documentation trying to cleanup and clarify bits and pieces. As I've been doing it, I realized that this could be a good opportunity for people that want to help the project out but maybe aren't comfortable coding. If you have any examples, how to's, or tutorials that you've created that might be helpful, please let me know if you would like to include all or part of them in the docs.
My one caveat is that I'd like to include things outside of "How to install Satchmo." That seems to be the one topic where there are a fair number of blog posts so I'm not tremendously interested in yet more description there. I'd like to see some more documentation like: - How to get Satchmo configured for a real life store - How to customize templates to do cool things - More examples on using the filters and template tags included in satchmo - How to hook into the signals - How to maintain your store, how to use feature X, etc. Speaking of signals, I did add a stub documentation for this topic but it needs work. I really want to improve Satchmo's documentation but I do need your help to make sure that the information we're including is meaningful and useful to newbies as well as experienced developers just trying to get their site deployed.
