Dear Chris, Though I'd love to do my part for satchmo by offering hosting, i dont have the server of the capacity you ask for. I'm buying a vps towards the end of Dec. If this is not urgent and if it can wait till Dec, then I'm happy to help satchmo team by hosting the demo site.

Anyway, I was thinking that it would be better to put the demo store on another instance somewhere and I'll do a better job of making sure it's updated to the most recent version of Satchmo. If anyone has a reliable host or ideas please reply off list. I'll be happy to configure everything and get it setup and running so no need to worry about ongoing support. We average around 200 visitors per day so the load is minimal but spikes when we do releases, etc. so it needs to have reasonable performance under larger loads.
