Hello Alessandro, I'm using a March 2008 Version of Satchmo, so be careful as there might be changes. That said,
ad 2) Just use regular template tags in the email template, I put an example how I did on http://dpaste.com/97661/ . Ad 1) success.html is again a template and in my base success.html (you can have different ones for diffferent modules if you like) it loads satchmo_orderand then accesses the data it needs. So either you exend existing template tags, use the data available in the context or write new custom template tags.
