The installation docs online are for the most current subversion release, which has had many changes since 0.8.1.
1.) the trml2pdf error was report a bit ago, just download the zip file unzip it and move the trml2pdf folder inside to your python path. 2.) In 0.8.1 and earlier it would have been satchmo, but in the latest svn release it is satchmo_store 3.) The projects and base folder is only available in the SVN version (newer than 0.8.1). To fix your intall either update to the newest SVN (there was a very large module reorganization since 0.8.1), or ignore the install instructions online.
