I installed Byteflow first then I basically eyeballed the files and config files and merged them. You have to make sure the config settings are not being written twice and with the wrong setting on the second time. I also copied the satchmo template files to the template folder and tried to merge them with byteflow templates... I just started a new job and I'm busy as hell, If you remind me later, I might be able to give out better instructions.
I will send you the config files on a private email. I can probably put them online later if people are interested. I don't think my config files are looking that great though...
