When attempting to view the demo store I newly installed (r1903) I get the following TemplateSyntaxError:
'normalize_decimal' is not a valid tag library: Could not load template library from django.templatetags.normalize_decimal, No module named satchmo.shop.templatetags I noticed 'normalize_decimal' was added to base.html in r1902.
