good lord the key is the *restart* here.
I always tried to update my settings page without restarting the
server.
The dummy payment module now works!! :D
But the paypal one died with this good old error:
NoReverseMatch at /shop/checkout/
Reverse for 'satchmo_checkout-step2' with arguments '()' and keyword
arguments '{}' not found.
