I had this problem too.  Perhaps my solution wasn't the best. The Post
Office expects "United Kingdom (Great Britain)", but the default
country name in Satchmo is set to "United Kingdom of Great Britain and
Northern Ireland".  How I solved this was I went to the USPS site and
looked at their list of "supported" countries and how they are to be
spelled.  We checked to see if USPS can accept an abbreviation or an
ISO 2 or 3 letter code or number, but couldn't figure it out.  I just
changed the name of the country and everything worked.  I wonder what
other country names will cause the same problem?
