We launched our store and on our first order the shipping was
calculated and Authorize.net was charged but the shipping wasn't added
to the charge to authorize.net. Now, on our second order, it seems to
have worked just fine. Again the shipping was calculated and the
charge was sent to authorize.net, but the shipping was included this
time.. anyone have any reason why the first order didn't add the
shipping to the authorize.net charge even though it shows up in the
notification email ?
