Thanks , I followed the steps listed by Bob.
So,
1) I created three tax classes with different percentage
2) I chose for every product a tax class
3) Finally, i verified the settings tax: i choose "By area/country" as
a module' s tax

I got this error when I go to one of the store's pages: http://dpaste.com/13532/
