Thanks, digicase. That's a big help.
I'm sure that code serves a great purpose for debugging, but it seems
to cause trouble in production.
I've also commented out line 13 in satchmo/apps/satchmo_store/shop/
templates/admin/base_site.html:

I'm sorry I'm not offering a more elegant solution.
