I did run a syncdb. Multiple times, actually - I've dropped and recreated the tables a dozen times. The category_ptr_id is there in the table and populated correctly.
I'm on my work computer, and the code is on my home computer. I'll paste the model defs this afternoon. Thanks for the help.
