I rebuilt the project again. compile all the po file to mo file in "F: \Python\satchmo\satchmo\apps\satchmo_store\shop", set LOCALE_PATHS = "", go to site settings, allow user to choose from available translations, choose all the default language.
return to website. the language select form is appear. select "Español", click change. no effect. try others, still the same. And then, I copy the locale directory to my "mystore" project. still not work.
