Has anyone implemented custom rules for shipping, perhaps using Django signals? For example: if user is in the US, use these shipping choices. If the order is over $100 and in Europe, free shipping.
I understand there are Discount objects available but the users may not know about them, and there are no Discount rules based on the ship- to address.
