For the size of the shop you're going to have, a decent sized VPS would
probably be your best option. I've deployed on slicehost and find it to work
very well.

The current Satchmo site is hosted here - http://www.vpsvillage.com/ and it
seems to work pretty well also.

Wherever you go, you'll need at least a 256MB site and preferably 512MB. The
only other recommendation I'd have is to use wsgi or fastcgi and tune the
memory usage of your database.
