Okay, answered that one -- seems that I need Shipping of some sort setup. For now I've selected "Flat Fee" because that seems to be the only one I can get anything to show up for.
Is there a "First Steps" guide to configuring modules for a given shop anywhere? Something that we can follow to make sure we have 1) A shop configuration, 2) Payment modules, 3) shipping etc? Or is that in the docs and I"m just missing it?
