Well, it turns out that I found an answer to the second question: it was in the normal satchmo log file (duh...)
I still have not found a way to see the specific error I am getting though... I'm sure it is right there in front of my face somewhere so if someone could give me a nudge in the correct direction, that would be great! Thanks!
