Please put as much detail as possible in the ticket. If you're really feeling ambitious, you can edit this page: http://www.satchmoproject.com/docs/svn/payment.html with specific changes you'd recommend. The source file of this page is in docs/payment.txt Assuming you've checked it out from bitbucket, you can edit your changes that do an hg diff command to generate a patch and attach to the ticket.
