I am looking for the honest opinion of the list.

My girlfriend has an existing ecommerce site. It is very simplistic. She had
somebody create it for her back in 1999. (Yes, I know) It is basically a few
HTML pages and web forms that use PayPal's shopping cart.

She wants to launch a second site *tomorrow*.

Putting aside the "*Don't do it! You can't do it! She's nutz!*" and all that
(because I know that is THE correct answer)...

My dilemma is do I...

   1. put up another HTML page with PayPal shopping cart today
   2. Use the Simple demo that comes with Satchmo and clean out the products
   and put her products in.

I will then spend a little time each day building the 'real' site.

I like option 2 if it is safe and secure. This way I can just start adding
functionality instead of having to maintain option 1 as well as work on the
real site.

Your thought?

Either way, I will need to have something up by Sunday.

P.S. I really really wish there was a Python clone of Zen Cart. Did I
overlook one?
