Hi all,
After going through the quite lengthy pip log file I find that I was
getting a gcc error code 1.
The problem was with ReportLab2.3
I have ReportLab2.1 installed in the system wide site-packages, so I
tryed running
$sudo easy_install -U ReportLab
and I got the same gcc error.
Looks like there is an issue with the latest reportlab.
I tryed it with Ubuntu 8.10 and Ubuntu 8.04LTS and got the same
results.

After removing it from requirements.txt file sathcmo 1.0-pre installed
nicely
into my virtualenv:)

Thank you very much for the super easy install!!
