There is a bug in Satchmo that I have pached on my fork (That is rather out
of date) with this patch
https://bitbucket.org/simonluijk/satchmo/changeset/ad1c5b54bf92/ I don't
think it has been added into Satchmo yet.

You don't need to have mod_xsendfile installed in Apache as Nginx will be
doing the file sending.
