Hard to say precisely what's wrong as there are many ways to deploy, but it seems to me that your environment doesn't know about 'satchmo_store.shop'.
In this django project that you have deployed, run 'python manage.py shell' and there try 'import satchmo_store.shop' and various other imports. Hopefully that will shed some light. If importing satchmo doesn't work in the shell, you'll need to link satchmo into your site packages directory, or add it to your PYTHONPATH, or something similar (many ways to skin this cat).
