I think there may be some issues with some of the payment modules like Paypal, etc.
Either way, I think the ticket would be useful and would definitely like to get this added so we can work through any issues there may be. As far as the CollapsedFieldsets.js, I do recall a mention of that and I think it has to do with the refactoring of some of the admin scripts and it's not there any more.
