The question would be, how are you going to detect your UK users? I can see
2 or 3 ways to do it:
- See what language their browser accepts.
- Do an IP address lookup
- Prompt the user and set a cookie

Either way, let's say you choose one of these, then I would setup a context
processor to add a variable UK_VISITOR and use that in your template display
the adjusted UK price.

You'll need to make the same modifications to your cart, checkout and email
templates.

You might create a template filter or tag to make the process a little
easier.
