Hi, Check make sure satchmo is in you python path. Did you install satchmo under a virtualenv. If so you need so activate it first. Try running this and see if you get something similar: $python >>> import satchmo_store >>> satchmo_store.VERSION (0, 9, 2, 'pre') >>>
