It is disappointing that nobody is checking this site. Not a good sign for production endeavors. My store should be setup perfectly, but the virtual product is not being delivered either in sandbox or production. the damn item is not being emailed. I don't understand. I have mod_xsendfile installed and there are no errors there. There is only a paragraph of documentation regarding this and very little online assistance. Not sure what to do.
