I can't understand what OrderItem.completed does.
I see it used for subscription products, to mark them as ready in the
IPN view of paypal, but I can't find the value being used anywhere,
except right there to filter them out.
What I'm trying to figure out is what happens with recurring
subscriptions when they expire. Are they automatically extended
somehow, or does action need to be taken elsewhere? I'm writing a
handler for when a recurring payment fails and trying to figure out
whether I need to do something or not
