Hi there I hope this isn't too pedestrian for the experienced Satchmo people out there - but our site was built with Django/Satchmo several years ago and we since have lost contact with the first designer/developer group. I'm kind of out there on my own managing this, so in the interim, have a question:
We'd like an automatic email sent to customers when we change their order to "shipped" - how do I set this up (pretend you're talking to a 4 year old) and can I include their tracking number? And to this end, I'd like to change the language in the emails we send (I'd like them to be fun and quirky), so where would those templates be? Thanks!
