I have a son, 7, and daughter, 5, and would be interested in bringing them to Saturday House for kid projects. Some places to look for ideas include Geekdad, http://geekdad.org/, Tinkering School, http://www.tinkeringschool.com/blog/, and of course, Make Magazine, http://makezine.com/. Maybe the first project could have some sort of holiday theme?
To avoid overwhelming the regular Saturday House activities what about doing the kids projects in the morning or perhaps on Sunday?
