Hi Mike! Needing to achieve a "professional look" is the barrier that stops nearly all podcasters. So, I suggest you "be bold" and start doing one yourself right now this afternoon. Don't let lack of "correct" equipment or software stop you, and don't require committee approval. The important thing is to eliminate all excuses, actually shoot video, and actually post it online. Once that's happening, improvements can be added to later shows (or not.) Remember that Burning Man was just one guy down at the beach setting his furniture on fire. Once a single person starts, others will hop on board. Traffic on my semi-monthly videos is around 250K views/day total for the whole collection, and that's for "boring" science education which doesn't tend to attract a huge fan base. It's all done with a $100 used point-shoot pocket camera w/mpeg. If I needed a professional look, a good camera & sw, and an organized group of people, I wouldn't have posted the first one. Content is king, those three things are gigantic barriers, so try doing the opposite intentionally (((((((((((((((((( ( ( ( ( (O) ) ) ) ) ))))))))))))))))))) William J.
