Roll Call is something we used to do in the past, where you say:
- If/When you're coming
- What you'd like to talk about, or what you'd like to work on

Unfortunately, I will *NOT* be coming this Saturday, because I am
going to Bucketworks in Milwaukee this Saturday.
Since there are ~250 of you, ... It'd probably be best not to have
200+ "not coming" messages in the box at the same time.
David Lindes once proposed an on-line RSVP system, to handle message flow.
But if you plan to come, please DO post the message.
