* Automatic snapshot from revision 203 (bootstrap).
* Fix versioning for daily release.
* debian/control:
- Update Vcs-Bzr, Vcs-Browser to point to the right locations.
- Add a comment for uploaders.
- Don't build Arch:any binary packages on powerpc; we need qtdeclarative5.
* debian/rules:
- Override dh_install to use --fail-missing.
* debian/copyright: fix copyright file, the license used is LGPL-3,
with no "and later".
