* [shell] give a bit of extra height, the geometry is closer from a
device this way and it also makes testing easier (no need to scroll
to see the bottom of the panels).
* Update the about plugin UI, that's a first rought implementation
following the design on
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/AboutThisDevice#Phone. The panel doesn't do
much yet but that's a start.
