- 02_unknown_locale_fix.diff: Remove configure diff.
- 05_binutils_gold.patch: Rebase on src/Makefile.am and also
link against libm. (Closes: #713479)

- Convert to dh(1) and run with dh-autoreconf.
- Build with -Wl,--as-needed.
* debian/copyright:
- Update field names according to CF 1.0.
- Update Source.
- Add missing license paragraph for GPL-2+.
* debian/control:
- Set Maintainer to Debian QA Group (cf. #699949).
- Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.4.
- Bump debhelper in Build-Depends to 9 for build-{indep,arch} support and
compat level 9.
- Add dh-autoreconf to Build-Depends.
- Replace libxml-parser-perl with intltool in Build-Depends.
