* Hide page header in landscape mode.
* Change the messaging-app to use the new URL dispatcher mechanism.
* Add a screenshot of the messaging-app.
* Fix some visual design bugs in the app. The following items were
fixed: Icons are now all loaded from the icon theme. Clicking on
messages removes the focus from the text input field, dismissing the
keyboard. Fix the scaling of avatar images.
* confirm before removing items. change the selection indicator to
match specs. use animation when changing to selection mode in
Messages.qml. pop all pages from pageStack before pushing a new one.
