The move feature doesn't check to make sure the target tracker is in use by by
that project, so I could move an item from support to bugs, and the bugs
tracker might not exist period.

This bug was fixed for me, and I triple-checked this. Due to the fact that
multiable projects can come up before the radio buttons do, how are you
susposed to remove the invalid tracker choices without effecting them for
everything listed. I just confirmed it locally again, it's fixed.

I found also typos in the sql query in trackers_run/index.php
($reassign_change_artificats is never set).
Finally, the clean way to go is to make the check before printed the radio
buttons, when the user already provided search words for the reassignation,
before the final submission.
