Follow-up Comment #1, task #1177 (project savane):
I personally think that anonymous post should not be allowed on a support
tracker. It more a waste of time for us to reimplement a way for someone to
post an item and to get notification that to ask him to simply log in with a
valid account.
That's why I do not think that issue important. But, sure, if someone is
willing to devote time on this, I see no reason to oppose.
Implementation: I think the originator mail content should be added to a CC,
using the usual CC mecanism. Not like it is done with the submitted_by field
etc.
