I never thought you said that. I was just saying that since the problem occurs
on both installs, it is unlikely do to an uncomplete chroot install.

That's my experience too.

Ok, that's necessary in case a configuration cannot be site-wide. For
www.gna.org, it is not really necessary but there's no reason not to add that
in Savane.
