Yes, you can install Savane on your work place.
CVS instructions are on the CVS page (anonymous access is what you want) but
the safest choice is to get a tarball of the latest release at
https://gna.org/files/?group=savane
The CVS may be in an incoherent state, not ready for production use.
Savane is known to run on Apache 2, there are information about it in
INSTALL.verbose, included in the tarball.
