Follow-up Comment #3, task #1246 (project savane):
I think it's more confusion to have 2 places for user removal and 1 place for
two distinct actions (approve or remove) than to simply have a comment for an
ultra-specific case.
It's not like if so many users found that confusing. And it is not like if in
the end it was causing any harm.
